  • An item broke/arrived damaged, what should I do? 
    • We will happily help you fix this issue. Please contact us through our website, email, or instagram within 72 hrs of receiving them. Just let us know what happened and attach a picture. We'll get it taken care of ASAP.
  • I have yet to receive my order and it says it was delivered?
    • Nikki Jewels is not liable for any lost or stolen packages in transit. Once shipped off, your package is no longer in our hands. Please follow the tracking number provided until it is delivered. If shown "delivered" and you have yet to receive it, check with family members, roommates, neighbors, mailman, building manager and the mail carrier directly before messaging us. If you need help filing a claim with the postal service, let us know. 
  • What is our jewelry made out of?
    • Our jewelry is 14k-24k gold plated or rhodium plated on brass. The base metal brass contains copper and zinc. Follow our jewelry care page for proper care.
    • When will my order be shipped?
      • We ship every Monday, and Friday(EST)! If you ordered on one of those days, then we will ship your order on the following shipping day.
