Processing Time
Every item is made to order and handmade by Nikki Jewels. Our processing time is 1-5 business days. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that during sales and holidays process time may be extended.
Shipping
Once your order has been processed, the order is shipped through USPS or by the shipping method you choose at checkout. Your order confirmation will provide the delivery schedule details.
Packages may be delayed during holiday season due to high demand.

Once shipped off, your package is no longer in our hands. Please follow the tracking number provided until it is delivered.
Returns
All Sales are Final. No returns or exchanges except for if flaws in workmanship are found.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hrs of receiving the item. Just let us know what happened and attach a picture. We'll get it taken care of ASAP.
